What is energy and how is it different from credits?+
Energy is your daily allowance from a VIP plan (or the free daily claim). It refills every day and burns at midnight UTC. Credits are what you buy in packs: they never expire. Every generation spends energy first, then credits.
Why does energy reset every day?+
Daily energy keeps plans affordable: you get a big allowance for the days you create, without paying for a huge balance you might never use. Buy credits if you want a balance that stays.
What is the first purchase gift?+
Your first paid plan adds one day's allowance as permanent credits, on top of the daily energy. It is given once per account and not for the trial.
How does the trial work?+
New accounts that never had a plan can try Standard for 24 hours for €0.10. The offer is shown for 24 hours after you first see it. The trial is one-time and does not renew.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. A new plan starts right away and the paid time you have left on the old plan is converted into extra days at the price ratio, so nothing is lost. Buying the same plan again extends it.
What does unlimited mean?+
Unlimited models cost 0 energy and 0 credits on your plan under fair use: up to 300 free chat messages a day, after that the normal price applies. Gwizi Motion clips are limited only by your parallel tasks.
What are the included Kling clips?+
Pro includes 5 and Master 15 five-second Kling 3.0 Pro clips every calendar month at no cost, in Gwizi Movies and the video studio. A clip that fails is not counted. Longer clips and clips beyond the allowance cost the model's normal price.
Which business tools come with a plan?+
Marketplace listings (3 a month on Starter, 20 on Standard, unlimited from Pro), bulk runs from a spreadsheet (20, 50, 100 and 200 rows), a team of 3 on Pro and 15 on Master, API access on Pro and Master, and up to 15% or 20% off training your own model (never below the cost of the training).
What happens if a generation fails?+
The cost goes back to where it came from: credits always, energy on the same day. After midnight the day's energy is gone anyway.
Do plans renew automatically?+
Not yet: plans are prepaid for a month or a year. When recurring billing is connected you will be able to turn auto-renew on or off in your account.
Can I use the images commercially?+
Yes. Results are yours to use in ads, shops and social media, within the content rules.
Are prices with VAT?+
Prices include VAT where it applies. Your receipt shows the exact amount.
